are you able to tell what that is a supposed knockoff of? If not I'll search around and see if there's anything noted. Thanks! Here’s the movement!

Nope. I’d say it’s an in house Starking movement.are you able to tell what that is a supposed knockoff of? If not I'll search around and see if there's anything noted. Thanks!
Ok yeah that much we know. Maybe it's actually an "original" after all, although the Chinese are known for doing knock-offs. Interesting...Nope. I’d say it’s an in house Starking movement.
Well it’s a fast beater so I don’t think they just used what they had laying on their assembly table.Ok yeah that much we know. Maybe it's actually an "original" after all, although the Chinese are known for doing knock-offs. Interesting...
I agree. But like I said they're known for knocking-off an existing one.Well it’s a fast beater so I don’t think they just used what they had laying on their assembly table.
According to posts in WUS which pointed me to CaliberCorner this is a DG2813 which is a chinese modification to the Miyota 8215 (if there has to be a copy they started from rather than them having original design).I don't doubt that. If I posta pic of the movement, are you able to say what movement it resembles, i.e. what it's a knockoff of?
Thanks, knew it was gonna be a knockoff/modification of a current caliber. And as in the case of many online watch articles, the comments were as interesting to read as the information.According to posts in WUS which pointed me to CaliberCorner this is a DG2813 which is a chinese modification to the Miyota 8215 (if there has to be a copy they started from rather than them having original design).

ETA Caliber 2813? Watch Movement | Caliber Corner
What you may see listed as an ETA 2813 clone, is not actually an ETA clone at all. In fact, there is not an ETA 2813 to clone. It is also not an ETA 2824-2 clone. The caliber 2813 is closer to being a Miyota 8215 clone, although there are some notable differences. Caliber 2813calibercorner.com
Hmmm! So an ETA knockoff! Well at least it’s a knockoff of a good movement.According to posts in WUS which pointed me to CaliberCorner this is a DG2813 which is a chinese modification to the Miyota 8215 (if there has to be a copy they started from rather than them having original design).
